Jamal Williams of Clovis NM joined the Navy after High School. He spent his early years as a Sailor onboard the USS Briscoe where he formulated much of his life perspective. After serving, he attended Eastern New Mexico University in Portales, where he met his wife Constance. They have 3 children and have lived in Clovis since 2012. They are active in the community through civic and local political action.
Jamaal is an Instrumentation and Controls Technician responsible for testing and ensuring compliance with regulatory equipment at one of the world’s largest cheese manufacturing facilities.
He volunteers as President of a local Little League baseball program and is an advocate in youth sports. Jamaal serves on the City of Clovis Parks and Recreation Board and is the Chair of the Democratic Party of Curry County.
