Frank J. Smith is a native New Mexican. After graduating from Manzano High School in Albuquerque, he enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps. His tours of active duty included serving as a Personnel Chief at Marine Corps Air Station, El Toro, CA, a Marine Drill Instructor at MCRD San Diego, NCOIC of the Marine Detachment at the Defense Language Institute, Monterey, CA and Personnel Chief to the Chief of Staff, 2nd Marine Division, Camp Lejeune, NM. After Active Duty he attended college under the G.I. bill earning a B.A from UNM and a J.D. from Santa Clara School of Law.
Frank has worked as a small business owner/operator and later as an Automotive Sales Manager for over 20 years. He currently owns a small business providing midterm rentals to visiting first responders.
