Bob,
This is Abe (Bill) Nickerson (Marine Nam Vet). I met you and your wife Leslie at the Shiprock Presentation (?) by Chair Velasquez & Staff in early March of this year. This is also the event where some Vet members were disappointed that you weren’t given the opportunity to speak. I am the infamous DPSJC Chair that Chair Velasquez told the members there that I had no right of appeal.
While sitting in the audience with you and your wife, you signed me up as a member of DPNM VFM. I haven’t heard back from you. As a result, I have recently filled out the form and just sent by mail my yearly donation.
If possible, would you mind calling me prior to the DPNM Convention Sept. 14 to discuss my standing?
Semper Fi,
Abe (Bill) Nickerson Marine Ret.
