Commemorating Women Veterans Day (June 12), a group has organized a first-of-its-kind Veterans Event to honor Women Veterans, the following day at New Mexico Veterans Memorial Park in Albuquerque at 1100 Louisiana SE, 87108.  The event will begin with band music by the Albuquerque Concert Band at 9:45 am with the ceremony itself from 10 – 11 am.  For information, call 505 788 4495.
