Legislative Advocate – Dorothy Seaton

Dorothy Seaton, MAJ, US Army National Guard (Ret.), enlisted the U.S. Army Women’s Army Corps (WAC) in 1971. She then joined the National Guard, rose through the ranks, earning bachelor’s and master’s degrees, was commissioned and retired after nearly 22 years of service.
